Privacy Policy
How this information site handles review submissions, local storage and affiliate links. Your Betwinner betting account is covered by the operator’s privacy policy on betwinner.ke.
Two separate policies. This page covers data collected on this affiliate site only. Lucky Bet Limited’s privacy policy on betwinner.ke covers your betting account, KYC and payment data.
1. Who we are
This privacy policy applies to the Betwinner Kenya information site at betwinner-kenya.info. For questions about data on this site, contact privacy@betwinner-kenya.info. The betting operator is Lucky Bet Limited (BCLB licence BK0000698); its own privacy policy is published on betwinner.ke.
2. Review submissions
If you submit a player review, we collect what you enter:
- Name (optional) — shown with your review, or “Anonymous” if left blank.
- Rating (1–5) — required; used for the on-page average from approved reviews.
- Title and review body — your written experience.
- Consent tick-box — confirmation that you accept this policy.
To limit spam we also store a short throttle timestamp in your browser, a hidden honeypot field, and — when a review is sent to our moderation endpoint — request metadata used for rate limiting. IP-related metadata is kept for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, then deleted.
3. Moderation and publishing
Reviews start as pending and are moderated before they appear. Approved reviews show your name (or “Anonymous”), rating, title and body. The aggregate star score is calculated only from approved reviews on this site; it is not an official Betwinner brand score. To request removal of your published review, email privacy@betwinner-kenya.info.
4. Cookies and local storage
We do not set advertising cookies. Your browser may keep the Lite-mode preference and the review throttle in localStorage. We do not use third-party analytics cookies on this site. You can clear local storage in your browser settings at any time.
5. Affiliate redirect (/play)
Links marked /play are affiliate links (rel="nofollow") that take you to the operator. When you click one, you leave this site and the operator’s terms and privacy policy apply. A referral identifier may be passed for attribution; it is not linked to your review submission.
6. Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (for example a review). Email privacy@betwinner-kenya.info. Review submissions are retained while published, then for up to 24 months after removal for dispute handling, unless a longer period is required by law. Lawful basis: consent (review form) and legitimate interests (security and moderation).
